Lunsumio (mosunetuzumab-axgb) is a bispecific CD20-directed CD3 T-cell engager antibody approved for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) who have received two or more prior lines of systemic therapy.

How Lunsumio Works

Lunsumio is designed to bring T-cells (CD3-positive) in close contact with B-cells (CD20-positive lymphoma cells). This activates the patient’s immune system to attack and destroy lymphoma cells.

Lunsumio Recommended Dosage & Administration

• Route of Administration: Intravenous (IV) infusion only
• Cycle Duration: 21 days per cycle
• Premedication: Required prior to each dose in Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 to lower the risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and infusion-related reactions

Cycle 1 (Step-up dosing)

• Day 1: 1 mg IV infusion (over at least 4 hours)
• Day 8: 2 mg IV infusion (over at least 4 hours)
• Day 15: 60 mg IV infusion (over at least 4 hours)

Cycle 2

• Day 1: 60 mg IV infusion (over 2 hours, if Cycle 1 was well tolerated)

Cycle 3 & Subsequent Cycle

• Day 1: 30 mg IV infusion (over 2 hours, if Cycle 1 was well tolerated)
